A out of the country winner bidder sent me a invoice saying he will be sending me a personal check for his winning auction. But,I only accept paypal payments from out of the country buyers. Also the invoice he sent me had the incorrect amount for the shipping. I am trying to edit the invoice to the correct amount but because he already sent me one saying he was sending a check for some reason I can not edit the invoice. (there use to be a way to edit a invoice) Help!
Is there anyway to change this invoice or will I have to send him a seperate invoice directly from Paypal???

Sit down to the keyboard and send him an email that specifies the exact amount you expect before you send the item. Also, specify the methods of payment you will accept. Paypal is a very risky method of payment for international transactions unless it's a very low dollar amount that you are willing to lose. With this buyer, he has already ignored your TOS about payment methods, and has tried to short you on the amount due. I would demand he pay via Bidpay, or cash in US$$$ before I shipped the item. He isn't from Nigeria, is he?

He is from the UK. I take paypal payments from out of the country all the time so that isin't normally a problem. You use to be able to edit a invoice. I was just wondering if I am missing a link somewhere.

I'm with Sparks on this one. Send an e-mail with the updated figures. And DO NOT accept PayPal no ands, ifs, or buts. Bidpay or international money orders only.
