What has happened to evalueville??? My wife had several (actually about 70) auctions of his that she was winning and a few minutes before they closed, the auctions were cancelled. Now he is NARUed! The largest garment seller on eBay.

Wow Tomwiii! evalueville showed up as NARU'ed about 1 hour ago. My wife received notice from ebay that all the auctions she was winning with evalueville were cancelled because evaluevill was no longer a registered user at ebay. When we checked - sure enough, had the big red NARU on feedback page.
Now? I don't understand what is going on. Hm,mm still no auctions - over 3,000 auctions cancelled.

He wants to take a vacation. He probably asked for a voluntary suspension, then a reinstatement an hour after they issued the suspension. At the moment of suspension, Ebay nuked all his auctions, and refunded all his listing, gallery, featured and other fees. For 3000 auctions, this would be quite a chunk of change. The only time listing and associated fees will ever be refunded is when Ebay ends an auction. The auctions will suddenly reappear in a couple weeks when he gets back from vacation and gets them listed again.

LOL sparkz .. probably very close to the truth! We are still waiting for our "refund" on the "30 day free trial" on an ebay store. They charged right away -- said we would get a refund in May -- it is now July and still NO refund.
Seemingly, there are rules on ebay -- then there are exceptions to those rules extended to the ebay elite.

Judging from his total positive feedback received, this seller has more than half a million transactions under his belt. He's definitely not a newbie, and he's not the type that Ebay would NARU for a minor violation. He probably is more versed with Ebay's rules than 99% of Ebay's employees. He knows how to end 3000 auctions and not have to pay a dime in fees or send a single email to customers to explain. Don't worry, he'll be back soon and your wife can try it again.

I'm with Neglus - probably was behind on his fees.

No, I'm saying -- I'm merely -- I'm saying what I'm saying. I don't know why I'm always having people say, are you trying to say -- you know what you can do if you want to know what I'm saying is listen to what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I said ...

Nope sthoemke, all the auctions ended EARLY not as scheduled. I think there were 3,000 or so running at the time then ZAP they all disappeared and notices were sent that bids were null and void.
The following message/email were sent from ebay:
[b]
Please be advised that the following auction:
5406XXXXX - NEW Charter Club SZ 8 Pink/White Shirts, Tops $45.00
was ended early by eBay. The auction was ended due to the account suspension of the seller.
All results for this auction are null and void.

She was buying a lot from this seller. Perhaps my Mom (may she R.I.P) decided to save us a few bucks and sent the message from heaven
