Can anyone tell me if this doll is Japanese or Korean (or some other Asian culture)? Thanks for any help.

korean,the writing is in Korean .

Thanks...My first thought was that it was Japanese but the circular base the doll is standing on looked Korean. Appreciate the help!

No,I cannot read Japanese or Korean but I recognise some of the so called Kansii characters in both Korean and Japanese writing.
Kansii is Chinese characters.
