<elvis>Thank you very much</elvis>

That rather incredible feedback score was on the Store newsletter that gets sent out every so often.

I think someone screwed up the newsletter code...

I see you have something to say about Taxco silver on Ebay.
How can they sell them so cheap when silver is like 17 dollars an ounce?

Most silver jewelry weighs a lot less than an ounce.

Mexican sterling is considered low-grade by scrap buyers as it usually has a lot of impurities in it.

When we were in Mexico in December 2006, there was no shortage of people trying to sell us fake Taxco jewelry. Pathetic.

hwahwa - I think you're referring to Alpaca silver, which is a nickel silver.

Wow, fluffy, just think about all the work that went into getting that much feedback! LOL!!!

Yes, I noticed wild feedback numbers on an incoming store newsletter recently. Had to check out that sellers feedback right away and saw that it was double scripted.

I just sent a sale newsletter out yesterday and it says I have over 4 million. Very exciting!

At least this glitch might work in our favor: bidders will click on the newsletters to check out the huge feedback numbers, then they will check out the sale items and then (!!!) maybe even buy!
Hoorrah!

I recalled taking a ferry in Mexico near Cancun, the street hawkers were in the ferry with us and selling Alpaca silver as sterling silver and as we get closer to shore, the price keeps dropping!
Those who bought on the ferry found out once they landed .
