Is there any understandable reason why anyone would make their feedback private if it is 100% positive?

They don't want anyone to know what kind of stuff they are buying....like porn ,high dollar things, what size they wear, what they are buying for spouse/kids/mom....the list could go on and on.

Ah, that makes sense. I think they should just have more than one user id though. I do. A buyer went bonkers on me because I saw his feedback was private and canceled his bid. I would have told him to go ahead and bid, but he went overboard when he complained.
