Well, they got the DSR's back up but now I find that the "Assign Automation Rules" in SMPro is not working. Worked fine last week but today it's not working. You can select it but it doesn't give you the detailed options to set for the rule you pick. How can anyone run a business when you never know what's going to work from day to day? This is just nuts!

I use SMPro and I don't have a clue what you are talking about?
What is this?
I guess you weren't around in the early days of ebay. It was common for the whole system to crash during the last hours of our auctions. Always seemed to happen when I had my best items ending.

Well, actually it's fixed and working this morning. You can click on Active listings and sort to Auction only then there is something called Assign Automation Rules. From there you can decide what you want done with that item if it doesn't sell. You can do it in bulk or item by item. You can relist once, relist x amount of times, schedule the relist, put the item in your ebay store either right after it doesn't sell or you can relist it x amount of times and then have it put in your store if it doesn't sell as well as change the price for the store listing.

Assign Automation Rules is in your control panel? I don't see it in mine. I do see auto relist and set WBN, but that's it - nothing about relisting in my ebay store.
Of course I never noticed the sort by title until just now. Wonder what else I've been missing. lol

In the left column under SMPro click on Active...that will bring up all store and auction items combined. When that screen loads there will be a box marked Assign Automation Rules. If you want to sort out just your auction items, move to the right under Format and click on Auction in the drop down. You can do them all in bulk by using the box to the left above the listings or there is an individual Assign Automation Rules link all the way in the right column of each item listing.

Is that the same as Sales Manager Pro? When I click that, it takes me to the download page for the offline listing service, which is what I use to list?
Do you use an upgrade in Vendio?

I'm not using Vendio right now...trying to save some money. I've been listing with Auctiva and using eBay for post sale. I just re-checked my screen and it says Selling Manage Pro not Sales Manager Pro. But the rest is what I mentioned before...Active,....etc.

OK so you are in ebay not vendio. Thanks goodness - I thought I was losing it.
Thanks for the help - I'll try it.
