According in Ina http://blog.auctionbytes.com/cgi-bin/blog/blog.pl?/pl/2008/10/1223294682.html, ebay has acquired "Bill Me Later" - may be a solution down the line for the "no checks/money orders" buyers who don't want to use Credit Card online. I can't see cost to sellers and it looks like for now it is limiting merchant participation.

They're also laying off 1,000 people - about 10% of their work force. Doesn't even come close to how many sellers left with their recent changes - that was the ultimate lay off.

In years past, I've conducted focus groups for businesses on the subject of customer service. It would have been simple for eBay to do the same, before instituting all their changes. They're either clueless, or they deliberately ignored/overlooked the small sellers.

I hope those teenagers in the backwards baseball caps were among those let go. . . .

I'm sure glad the integration of BML into PayPal is going to come in time for the Christmas shopping season.

Uh, wait...

So,how does it work?
You send them an invoice and specify payment methods as Paypal,cc,cash.money order,COD,check?
and what if they dont pay, then you just wait longer to get your FVF back.
When I first have my own website,I offered 'send me an invoice ' and 'COD' and it is a waste of time,so I removed those options.
