I just finished speaking with eBay Customer Service because a buyer has not paid for over 8 days, and the Unpaid Buyer Assistant has not canceled the transaction.

The automatic eBay Item Assistant is not functioning. Apparently there has been problems and eBay has temporarily disabled the Unpaid Item Assistant.

I was told to wait 72 hours more ....
