I happened to check my PayPal account and found a payment made an hour or so ago. Are they not going to sent notifications as part of the new 'you can't contact the buyers any more' change? Or, more likely, it is just a glitch.

They said something about a 'central location' for all communication. I suppose somehow everything has to go through eBay when that goes into effect. I used to be able to click on the PayPal notification and contact the buyer. Did not get one so I had to go to the ended sale and click on 'contact buyer'.

Ebay wants us to stay away from Paypal,it has big plans for Paypal and it wants to reduce traffic coming from Ebay individual sellers.
you know Ebay just bought a e-commerce company which helps retailers set up,run e commerce,it will do what AMZN does -offers fullfillment service
