we are using the one time launch option, have tried all the launch options at this point and have not had luck. We do not get an error message, it says that our items are scheduled for ebay.
my questions:
what am I missing?
what am I doing wrong?
how do I get our items to load onto ebay?
I have sent a help message to vendio regarding this issue but my boss wants us online now, so I am seeking fast help please
If you go to Channels > Marketplace Listings > Errors, you'll see a list of the items that errored on launch. It looks like you might have some text in your descriptions that refers to Money Order, which is a form of payment that is no longer allowed on eBay. Please edit your descriptions to eliminate any reference to Check/Money Order (even saying you don't accept these payment forms will trigger an error.)
