I tried all the numbers I have and was only referred to the website for help.

the only way to contact ebay is to call them,it should be on its site.

Here is what I do when I need to call eBay. I click "Customer Support" in the top right corner. In the search box on the next page I always enter, "billing". In the next screen will be a "Call Us" option. I click on that and get the phone number and Pin #.
I have tried other methods, but this seems to work the best in getting the number quickly. Oftentimes, if you enter in another topic, eBay's system will try to answer the question automatically... which never works.
