my last feedback ,why do they do this ,leave a positive and then a neg. remark...
(+ Disappointed in boots. My fault for not being more careful when bidding.)

I had one a lot like that recently.
I never left them FB but I did post a follow up on my FB stating "Best to tell seller 1st - I don't recall any problem with item"

Better than the other way around. Few people read the remarks, but if they leave a neg, your fb takes a beating.
