Same bidder, 9 questions. Most of them repeat.

1- it was if I had a 48 size available. I responded more were on the way and would be listed in a day or two.

2- they email me back asking if I had it in the size... already answered in previous question.

3- I get more in, list them and I get an email through the actual listing for a size 48 wanting to know when I will get a size 48. Duh! Read the frickin' listing already.

4- They email to ask if I can hold it for them. Hold it??? I can pick it up and hold it, but hold it indefinitely??? no.

5- Then they email me and ask if I have a size 48. Ummm.... yes, you are emailing through the listing for a size 48.

6- Then they want to know if I can sell the item at the sale price from last week. No, because my costs went up.

7- They they email and want to know why my costs went up. Not really any of their business.

8- An hour later they email telling me they need a 48. I think I get the point.

9- 2nd message within 5 minutes... why did my costs increase? Again, none of their business.

After #7 I put them on block. Is there a way I can also block them from messages??? This is getting out of hand and this is the exact type of bidder I do not want. They will drag me through the mud with a million questions and then get the item and send another million questions, then probably want to return it because it doesn't quite match the blue of the jeans they are wearing.

Bidder has a +2 rating.

New Stupid Question of the Day:

"Hello!
Im just curious as to where you buy your items from, your supplier? Im looking to getting into selling similar items again. I need a good supplier and your items look great.

Thanks!"

I simply hit delete. Why on earth would someone even think this is appropriate?

Watch for phishing questions. I got one today referring to an item number in a link (no I did not click the link). They wanted to know if I took PayPal (big clue it was phishing right there - we all have to take PayPal) and then how much it weighed and how much to ship it to their zip. I wrote down the item number and looked it up on another screen and it was invalid. I just bet the link would have taken me to a sign on that they were going to rob. I sent it to eBay but have not heard anything yet.

We have all heard people quote the saying that there is no such thing as a dumb question, These folks have never worked in sales!

I got one today wanting to know if they bought an item if I could wait 28 days for payment.

I wanted to write "Just wait 28 friggin days and if I still have it buy it!" Instead I used my middle finger to hit the delete key.

I think the crazies are back from summer break. It seems I have had more than the usual amount of annoying questions this week.

There was the grandma who wanted me to give her a 50% discount on a item on soc-security ??? Like I am super rich because I sell on eBay?? Geez! Sorry Grandma but my charitable contributions are already allocated.

And suddenly everyone wants overnight shipping but balks after I calculate the shipping cost. I stopped offering overnight about 3 years ago and after several of these "emergency" emails this week, have gone back to replying with "Sorry, we don't do overnight", I am too busy having a life to drop everything because of your poor planning.

Maybe I've just reached that grouchy stage of life where my tolerance level is inversely related to their ignorance level.

I had someone write me wanting me to tell them how much their chair was worth and if sells where good on ebay right now.
I told them they may not want to start with furniture if they never sold on ebay before.
I suggested Craigslist.
I'm surprised she didn't ask me to list the chair for her!!

I had someone email me a few weeks ago telling me they have several of the same chair I have listed on eBay and wanted to know if I was interested in buying it.

Why don't they list them instead???? Exactly! (no answer)
