I had a buyer purchase something and pay for it. Now they want to "exchange it for something else".

So, I issued a refund via Paypal and send them instructions to purchase the other item. I went to what used to be "resolve a problem", but it is not there. I went to the transaction page and it reads, "No Final Credit Given" below the payment date fields.

I see no way to open a cancellation request to get a refund. Am I missing something???

Go to my ebay and find resolve a problem and it will prompt you to find the item.

I don't think you can do "exchanges". If you cancel a transaction, you refund. If buyer wants to buy something else, they pay for it.
