I got this the other day:
Beautiful item arrived safely. Note postage fee was charged - not free
This was an international sale with postage of $27. I never offer free international shipping and didn't offer free shipping on this item - period.
I emailed the buyer to find out what was up. She stated that when she went to give me FB, it showed free shipping and that she could not rate me on that. She said she didn't think it was free shipping but wonder if maybe is was after all and that I just charged her.
Way to go ebay - take a perfect transaction and mess it up at the final stage.

It sounds like an Ebay problem.
It only happen on Ebay, rate shipping?
I have a Chinese buyer ,she asked her Chinese postman how much postage is her package and he gave her an estimate lower than the actual cost I paid.
She negged me for that.
You just cant win, local postman knows more than we do.

I imagine this was positive feedback left. I would still contact eBay about it though. It is quite frustrating they are doing things like this. The last thing customers need is conflicting information. I'd be curious what DSR they left as well for shipping cost.

Ebay lets anyone, every one sells,so all are treated as dirt, scums.
rate shipping, cant do this, cant do that,166000 rules, thats what Ebay told the judge during the Tiffany trial.
And do these 166,000 rules stop anyone from selling fake Tiffany items?
NO !!!!!!!!!!
