I don't know how to show you a picture of the stove. You can leave you email address if you would like pictures. I don't have a URL page.

I have an old Walker & Pratt Cast Iron Stove. It is 6 feet tall, and has 6 burners. It has a warming oven. It also has other storage compartments. This stove is very large.

Right now it is built into the fire place and has not been used for at least 30 years. Since my uncle moved in. It has been repainted because it is a center piece of the kitchen.

I can not find anyone that knows anything about this stove. We want to sell it and have not a clue about the value. Should this be in a museum?

The stove says: Walker & Pratt, Mfg. Co. Boston, and 4 Walker 1879.

If you know about this stove or can lead me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

The only old stove I know about is the one I cook on. A 1948 Kelvinator that resembles a marshmallow. I love my old stove. Not quite an antique though. Your old stove sounds really neat.
