People, I am sick of all the fighting over which candidate is the best. My candidate is best because he is will protect our country the best, oh yeah well mine is best because he's a decorated war hero. And all the mud slinging on both sides, it is absolutely disgusting. your candidate is a drunk and a drug user, oh yeah well yours lied about his military service. Now, I have allways been a Republican and I allways will be, I think but lately I just don't know for sure and I think that maybe I would like to be a little closer to the Democratic party side of the political spectrum.
So on Friday I walked into the local Kerry headquarters and I told them my story. They were about to throw me out when I told them that I was a Republican but when I told them that I thought that I would like to do something to help their cause they eased up and began to really listen to me. They said things like right on man and that is so cool. One even came up and gave me a big hug and I could swear that she had tears welling up in her eyes, she told me that she thought it was a very beautiful thing what I was doing and that she would assist me all that she could. They all had huge smiles on their faces and they were all patting me on the back, I really felt like they were accepting me and that I belonged with them. The leader or manager of their little group asked me to please continue with my story and he asked what I would like to do to help.
Well, I told them that I felt that this election was such an important election and it is important to get as many people to the polls as possible so we could have a fair election but it seemed that there must be alot of Democrats that just can't make it to the polls because of transportation issues. They agreed with me on this and asked if I had a solution. So it was at this point that I told them that I had a big van that could carry alot of Democrats to the polls and that I would be more than happy to haul as many Democrats as I could to the polls as I possibly could to cast their votes on November the 3rd.

I don't see yellowslime's post as very funny. The neonazicons like him and all the other Republicans will do anything to win including denying people the right to vote. Under no circumstance is this funny......laugh away until YOU are not allowed to vote BY LAW!

I'm not too sure about that story either. I mean, why would someone, a Republican, go out of their way to only pick up Democrats? Will Yellow just drop them off in BFE? I think the more admirable thing to do would be to transport anyone needing a ride to the polls. Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Greens, Libertarians, etc. Everyone should have a chance to vote if they want to. Just because they are registered in a certain party, doesn't mean they are going to vote party lines. Case in point.... Yellow.

Dang, yellowstone, I was waiting for the part of the story where they take you into the back room, show you the barrel, and explain the initiation process.

Crowfarm
I'll even take it a step further and name the people that should not be allowed to vote by law. First i'll start with a few groups of people like convicted fellons, people that denounce their citizenship or non-citizens, the mentally incompetant or impaired/retarded, dead people, Frankenstein, the Werewolf, Count Dracula, The great Pumkin, the Easter Bunny (sorry Bunnicula) Santa Claus and Zippy the Valentine Lizard. You're just too easy Crowfarm. Get with the program here, this is supposed to be a fun thread.

I would agree that Bush is a pumpkin head. I would also think that most pumpkins have a higher IQ than Bush as those seeds and such inside the pumpkin have to have more going on than Bush.
