I've been on Vendio (formerly auction watch) for over 5 years. Increased fees and poor images Now... I want to close my account now for two weeks. Does anyone know how to do that as I see other people have same problem. There is nothing on site map that I can find and also... customer support never replies. Thanks.

If you would like to cancel your account, please read the below
instructions carefully.
If you are on any subscription-based payment plans, go to My Account ->
My Service Plans. You will see a section at the top that lists all of
the service plans that you are currently signed up for. For all
services EXCEPT Sales Manager:
- If there is a link next to the service plan that says "see other
plans", click this link and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the
"discontinue..." link to discontinue the plan.
- If there is a link next to the service plan that says
"discontinue...", click this link to discontinue the plan.
For Sales Manager, click the "see other plans" link. You will have the
option on this page to switch to the Pay As You Go plan. Under the
Sales Manager Pay As You Go plan, there is a monthly minimum charge of
$2.95. If you would like to retain your account and information stored
on our servers, you should consider switching to this plan rather than
closing your account entirely. Doing this will hold your account
information if you think you may use the account at some point in the
future.
If you do not want your account to be held for you, please write back
using the Contact Us form on our website, and choose the Account
Cancellation option from the drop-down menu (or send an email to
[email protected] and enter Immediate Closure in the subject line
of your email.) Make sure you send the request from your registered
email address.
