For those democrats still pissing moaning... kerry conceded and President Bush won... he is our leader for the next 4 years... good things will happen, you can either be part of the solution or the problem... your choice... people saw through the BS and it wasn't from the republican side...
I also told people here that the homosexual marriage would bite kerry in the ass... welp... look who lost...
I can see why you would be upset backing a loser... no one likes to do that... we have a majority in congress and the the presidency, will be a great 4 years...

There will be those dems who decide to 'work' with this administration...and there will be those who are going to fight it tooth and nail. So be it. We won and I look forward to the debate on a change for Social Security. I look forward to a strong President being at the 'helm' of this war...and the total war on terrorism. I sleep better at night now knowing I don't have to worry/wonder just which of kerry's 8 different Iraq positions he'd decide to go with....fearing, since he's such an ultra-liberal that he'd sell us out and go around the world apologizing for everything THIS President has done right. [ie: not backing down - showing weakness - changing his positions a million times].

# John Kerry would’ve conceded earlier today, but he had to meet with the French, Germans and Russians first. Get their feelings on the whole situation.
# It was a very good concession speech. John Kerry said he’d like to wrap us up in his arms and give us each a big hug. Great. NOW he starts campaigning like Bill Clinton ... maybe if he’d done that in the beginning ...
# Kerry didn’t take it too good this morning. I understand he was so upset last night he tossed and turned all night in his tanning bed.
# You got to feel a little sorry for Kerry. Not only did he lose the presidency, but he was really looking forward to having Teresa Heinz move into one of his houses for a change.
# Teresa was so upset about the results that I heard she raised the price of ketchup to $50 a barrel.
# Now that John Kerry won’t be president, he can go back to being a senator, windsurfing and being a billionaire.
# The bad thing is that John Kerry was looking forward to being president for one reason – spending less time with his wife.
Kerry quote 11/02/04:
"If you believe, as I do, that America's best days are ahead of us, then join me tomorrow and change the direction of America."--John Kerry **Oops.
Americans again prove Pres Bush is the best man for the job
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The person who has nothing for which he is willing
to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

It doesn't look to me like it's a case of Democrats pissing and moaning, rather it's a case of them responding to gloating that is posted here. Consider this: In the top 15 or so threads on this board, you'll find the following titles, most of which are in essence telling the Democrats to shut up and get over it, and one which promises further harrassment for Kerry:
Dear Dems.....bear
Swiftvets cause....bear
Why do you think......libra
Patriots 51.....bear
Election's over....twelve
Reamond, Crowfarm....kimlittle
Coming together...twelve
Popular vote.....12
On the other hand, here are the threads in the same top 15 that were started by "pissing and moaning" Democrats:
Another take.....roadsmith
Whose moral values.....logansdad
Winter in America.....profe51
In the days since the election, I must say I have never seen or heard more ignorant, juvenile, pumped up gloating in my life. Here, on television and in conversations with people in daily life. They are just sure that President Bush, who now has a mandate from the voters in addition to his previously secured mandate from God Hisself is going to get right on the stick and give them all thier taxes back while he runs off all the heathen queer-loving-Islamic-sympathising-church and state separating-unamerican-liberal-pinko-socialist-democrats out of the country with a big old stick.
How naive can you be, anyway?
Democrats aren't going to shut up, go away, or "come together" if it means capitulation to this kind of ignorance. If you found yourself in a room with 99 other people, and 51 of them were morons, would you conclude that it was better to be stupid?

Thanks, I see twelve has started yet another one, telling anybody with an opinion of their own to leave the country. I'm guessing he's too young to remember the last time "love it or leave it" became a catchphrase. It got real ugly.
Pissing and moaning indeed...

Yup, I don't understand their fervent gloating either....talk about nothing else to do!
They got what they wanted so why are they even in here? It can only be because what I believe them to be,.... nasty, vicious, evil, spouting drivel for drivel's sake,.... is true.
What other reson could there be?
They got what they wanted:
War forever.
Uncontrolled congressional spending.
Huge tax breaks for the richest people and large corporations.
No Health Care Plan.
Social "Security" that depends on the whims of the stock market (where will it be when YOU retire??).
Control of "freedom" of speech and other liberties.
Control of your sex life.
Loss of protection on the job.
Less pay.
Less pollution control.
Less workplace safety.
Less equality for women.
Record breaking national debt as we borrow more and more from other countries which they hate and don't think are important to Americans.
They get it all and instead of just quietly enjoying it (especially all the killing and slaughter in Iraq, their favorite) they must post here like a child who got the most Halloween candy.

I think that I've figured it out. They are so afraid that now the incompetence of their candidate will finally be revealed even to the most dense. So, in an effort to compensate they are desperately carrying on with their usual pre-election campaign.
It's a lost cause, righties...We know that your emperor has no clothes and soon, the rest of the country will know it too.

lets see profe all you libs were spouting "come together" when you thought lying traitor was going to get elected... doesn't look like you are going to do that now... figures, this country has been right of center for many years, you're out of step with the country... don't expect us to step backwards.
I remember very well love or leave it...
Only morons I see are the ones still spewing hatred to the elected leader of this country... if it makes you feel better go for it... but don't come in here spouting sh!t about the other side hating when you refuse to look at yourselves...
We don't give a crap what the rest if the world thinks... why are you too dense to figure that out?
We live in United States... we care what happens here...
Moral values? yeah that was a thread to be proud of....not.
profe you spout alot fence sitting BS... I seem to recall NM voted for President Bush... appears that your neighbors know a good thing when they see it.
You don't hear the right saying they will leave the country if so and so gets elected... only the left... thought I would help them out
We tend to stay and ready for the next election also kerry's lying and his need to explain some things is a far cry for harassment... people of this country were smart enough not to vote him in...
as far as gloating... well for that last 2 months all we have seen is how kerry is better at this and that... kerry will do this and that... kerry will win...
Guess what, kerry can report for duty at the garbage dump...
He lost and now the US needs to rally behind the President to get things accomplished...
AIN'T LIFE GRAND...
Bigotry and prejudice -- these are assertions, not arguments. This is name-calling, not case-building.

I didn't go around asking my neighbors who they thought I ought to vote for. Around here, people respect each other's opinions.
I've looked at myself long and hard 12, and I like what I see just fine. You wouldn't last a day in this forum if we weren't here for you to taunt. If we all left, you'd follow us like a lost puppy, for lack of anyone to insult.

At least one group in America understood what needed to be done. Hopefully again in 4 years they will make the right choice again. Let's see how many old farts are around in 4 years
