dim....I don't know it this is possible without to much work, but could you possible post the sell through rate of each month so we can see if the site is doing better or worse? I'd also be interested in Bidville stats to see how their sales have done over the past several months....thanks in advance if you can do this

So far, 1 non-paying bidder. That's the only result I had on epier.
I was very exited at first about all the page views..... but that did not translate into bids or buys.

Hey Dim,
I trust you are not using their figures alone? Have you actually verified the Totals?
Some are dead auctions, others (MAJOR Relistings from months ago!)....hope they are not counted as NEW Listings!!!! Some are are "captive"....check Opals Post!

Hey you are Lucky....only ONE NPB on ePier....so are you paying the FVF? Do you have any recourse? Be interested to know as they basically have NO protection against NPB's. Just take your money and run......

I am using the numbers given under the "Sales History" link on the frontpage. That means no adjustments for "reserve not met auctions" (doubtful ePier is removing these from their totals), or auctions with deabeat bidders (they seem to be running several percent).

There's nothing wrong with new listing and relistings in the calculations, but what are "dead" and "captive" auctions?

And by the way even using Dim's figures...sales are down NOT UP! (I think they constantly use the ever repeating relists that have been there since the dawn of man). I recommend everyone vist the Chat Boards on ePier. There is some truth there (along with the lies), also (by the way the Live Chat is listed as n/a...but it is there...just click on it and go check) as that is where you will find a select few...mainly one MAD person quoting huge increase in listings....in their dreams!!!
As always a person needs to check out everything on a site, before they waste their time listing! Question ePier's Policy on refunding for NPB's....I would love to see what response you get..lol!!

Dim,
Since GP and I are "banned" by an incompetent, illiterate group that call themselves ePier Management (maybe 5-8 people?)... and have no way to access our accounts (I know GP had at least two accounts), I have no way of knowing if any of our listings are being counted in this Total? She had a large amount I know.
Believe me that I would love to access my account and CANCEL every listing, relisting and also images......BUT as we still have received NO reply from ePier management as to their unilateral banning (with NO reason given...I think it was because we were questioning their unethical behavior)...we are helpless! We are being attacked on the Chat Forums by certain "questionable" people.......yet we have no way to defend ourselves, or to have anyone know the "truth"......but GP has posted it at PierPals (name soon to be changed).

Have either of you searched by seller? I could find no auctions listed by either, but that assumes the same userID at both AuctionWatch and ePier.

Well I gotta agree there joyce, illeterate would suggest the problem shown thru the stats was from a lack of "education". Clearly the the issue is one of buyer/seller confidence in management of epier decision making proccess. Confidence having a direct correlation to trust in that proccess. Unfortunately epier's obvious "character defect" lays in thier deformed principles of business and it is reflected in these stats. HOWEVER, as we all know, STATS can easily be "modified" by the site management and are not reliably accurate; so they are likely to be even more dismal in reality.
