I ordered a cheesecake and paid with Paypal. Shortly afterward my account was frozen because someone filed a charge back. There is no money in it so I dont really care. But I opened the cheesecake and there is a piece missing. I think Paypal couldnt get to my account so they stole a piece of my cheesecake!

I've heard of this happening before. My theory is an employee at PayPal is going through the packages while they are in route. A similar incident happened to me with a box of "Fruit Loops." When I opened the box it was maybe half full. After many emails their position is that 'contents may settle during shipping.' I'm not satisfied with that answer and I'm pursuing legal means to get the rest of my "Fruit Loops." It might be possible for us to join forces and issue a class action suit.

You ever notice on the Cheerios box the little guarantee that says "if you are not satisfied with the performance of these cheerios, write to us for a refund."
A friend of mine wrote them "I watched them for an hour and they didnt do anything."
He got a coupon for a free box of cereal. http://www.ygoodman.com [email protected]
