Hi again,
I think the site is having some problems this morning as I couldn't log on for about an hour. Anyway, I had a customer double pay me and she asked that I send one of them back. I have done that before and no problems.
This time it is showing as unclaimed. I canceled the first repayment and tried again. Used the email address already in Paypal from her payments, showed her as a verified personal account, and sent the money. Now it is still showing as unclaimed. Is the site having problems or do I need to do something else?

And don't you just know that PP won't be charging any fees on the 2nd payment and the subsequent refund? Hmmm, maybe PP had figured this very scenario into their business plan. Triple dipping! Whoopee!
