Is anyone else getting a lot of "I paid you via PayPal..." emails from their bidders and no payments? I've had three transactions in the last three days where I received an email like that, but no notice arrived from PayPal and no payment was made to our account. Thinking that perhaps the bidders had entered our email addy incorrectly, I wrote asking them to check on their payments. So far I've had no response at all. Looking back, all three of these users ALSO used the AW WBN Response to enter their shipping and payment info, so I'm wondering if that's a factor. I've never had this problem before, and I'm wondering if there's a glitch in the system, or if there's been a huge increase in the number of people who are trying to get something for nothing.

Hi! I've been using AW WBN too and have had problems receiving payment through PayPal, as well as, other problems. The buyer emails me that they cannot get into the website through the link provided in the WBN message or they're trying to send payment through PayPal and are having problems completing the transaction. They are also having problems contacting me, so I really don't know what's going on. I seriously considered not using the WBN process. Maybe there's some wrinkles that need to be ironed out in system - I really like the concept, but am getting a little frustrated!

I just had someone send me payment through Paypal, I got the notice, but he did not send his address so I could ship. I checked the WBN here because that was the way I had contacted him but there is nothing there. So I sent him email thanking him for payment and asking him where I was supposed to ship it.
The biggest problem I have with the Post Auciton Management here is the inability to consolidate notices. I had one customer that won 10 auctions. Having to send out 10 different notices, and asking him to fill out ten different pages is kind of silly.

I finally heard back from all 3 buyers--one had not sent payment yet, the other two were sure that they had completed the "Send" process, but one admitted that he never received his copy of the payment receipt via email on the first try. User error or system glitch? Who knows!!
