I added my bank account to my paypal account today, but does it matter that my Paypal account is a business account and says my business name beside it, but the account I added is a personal account just in my name.
Does it matter? I don't want a $20 charge.

So I may need to attach a business account, even though the Paypal account has my personal name attached as well as my business name?
The problem will be that my bank will not recognise the transfer, because Paypal will say it is to the credit of my business name not my personal name. Right?
It will be transmitted over in the name on the account (in this case---a business account). There is a probability that the receiving bank would reject it if this information did not match (the same standards typically apply to personal accounts going to a personal bank account).

I went straight back to my bank, and they have put a note against my account that I may receive deposits in the business name.
