I filed a claim 2 months ago. Other than an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of my claim, I haven't heard anything about the status of this. I sent a couple e-mail inquiries which have gone unanswered.

Is there anything I can do that might get a response?

Do you happen to know why the refund was posted to my credit card?

Hi timaratz,

Refunds are typically applied to the PayPal account. Was the transaction funded off of a credit card?
