I have a customer who payed for an item by paypal, and requested in the notes section for me to send it to his name but to an address different from the varified one - is this an ok (safe) thing to do?

Should I be telling the customer that I can only ship to the verrified address? I've never been asked to do this before, so I am unsure how to proceed.

Thanks!

Hi,

This is really up to you decide on. Users do need to follow our Seller Protection Program if they want charge back protection, but the choice is still yours.

I would:
1. Check feedback rating.
2. Be wary of someone asking for overnight shipping.
3. Be wary if the ship to address is in an entirely different state or country.

Thank you, Damon, for the fast reply!

The feedback is good, and the second address is within the same state, so I have decided to accept the payment and ship to the requested address.

Thanks again!
