I'm a puny seller - I've got 50 transactions in the last 2 years.
But this month I'm $7 over my $100 receiving limit and I'm getting the emails encouraging me to upgrade to Premier.
My question is: Once I upgrade to Premier, can I downgrade back to "Free" at a later time (say, in a couple months)?
I don't want to be paying fees for years to come when I barely use the service. (The only reason I maxed out this month is because a I sold a $22 book for $80 -- through off all my calculations!)
