My buyer sent two payments for the same item. The first one she sent from her account, but I guess she wanted to use her credit card to pay. She asked me not to accept the first payment, but both transactions say "Completed" with no option to accept or deny. Is there anything I can do for her other than refund the other payment via paypal? Any help would be appreciated.
