Hi Damon. I emailed PP a couple of weeks ago, however, I have not yet heard back from them. I dont know how else to get in touch with you guys so here I am. Anyway, I received a debit card a couple of months ago. My husband thought it was a credit card and cut it up!! How do I go about getting a replacement card.

Please let me know. Thanks Linda

Call or visit the bank that issued the debit card.

I think you go to PayPal and select Debit CArd. Then select "Lost/Stolen". From there they will de-activate it and if you want another one you just request a new one.
