Hi, I need some help here please, I am a seller, I need to know what I have to do, to have my buyers ASK me for the email ID address for payment, BEFORE they just send me a payment. I do not want to accept payments for amounts less then $16.00. I clearly state in the listing ad and on the WBN that paypal payments must be more then $16.00. So I get a payment today for $4.00. What can I do as a seller, to have my buyers ask for the paypal email ID. thanks to all who can help.

How about having your paypal id different then the email you use on ebay? Then they wouldn't be able to pay you with paypal unless you gave them the id. Just an idea!
