What does PayPal accept from sellers as proof of shipment and delivery for items being sent to Canada? I use Endicia for my postage and I can find no option in there for a Delivery Confirmation on a package going to a Canadian buyer????

The answer is: nothing. There is just about no seller protection in the US. If the customer makes a "quality of goods" complaint, it's an automatic win. Outside of the US, Paypal doesnt even pretend to offer protection. I really dont know why, since they can make the same promises they make to US sellers without incurring any risk.
