PayPal provides info on users such as number of transactions, length of PayPal service, etc. in the interest of improving security.

I've got one other suggestion add info providing the number of times a user has requested a chargeback.

Thank you for the suggestion. I do feel, however, that this information would not be released for a buyer or seller.
