Ok here's the deal
On Jul 20, 2001(from pay-pals records) I was sent a payment for a piece of merchandise. On Jul 21st I sent that merchandise. Roughly a month and a half later. I get an e-mail from paypal saying that I have a buyer complaint on me. So I say ok I'll respond using the contract for support. He wasn't a confimed address, however it had been more than 30 days since the transaction which by Pay-Pals OWN CONTRACT must be filed withing 30 days, so I figure I'm ok. Today I recieved an e-mail from pay-pal telling me that I had been found for fraud(2-years I've been using this service). They took what small amount I had in my account out and sent it to the complainer HOWEVER. I NEVER recieved a response form the fraud center. Secondly I accept pay-pal payments exlusively for my web hosting buisness. This is CRAP. ANyone else have a problem like this. I really can't afford to be restricted I have customers that have to send me payments. I am very dissapointed, and afraid that I'll lose money over someones inability to respond to my e-mail.
