He pasted the same response to a bunch of threads, check out for yourself. I guess that is what you call PayPal "good" public relation.

Hi,
If the user didn't post the exact same comments to multiple threads, I wouldn't have to respond to each thread.

Those threads were all started by different users and had different complaints, yet Damon replied with the same crap to each of them isolating only one users problem.

Hi dealerjim,
Take a look again. I was responding to the same poster.

Why didn't you go all out and really show how childish you are by posting the entire TOS 25 times. I think the person you were responding to would've seen it the first time you posted it. It really shows what little class PayPal has when they have customer service people spamming a discussion forum.

It's called paypal-101 Jim they have robots that are limited in their response mode. Their accounting software is worse. Actually the customer service manual states "don't do as I do do as I say". Actually I feel sorry for Damon being stuck in a job like his and I'll tell him personally the 21st of the month in Calif. See you in 11 days pal.
P.S. Tell Peter and Max their buying.
P.P.S. Can you tell me why your company fail to list the litigations against them in their SEC filing.

Do you have proof PayPal failed to disclose KNOWN litigation?

Hi dealerjim,
I will respond to incorrect information about the company in any public forum. The customer made multiple posts about the same issue, which merited a response to each post.

I still haven't gotten a response from your company so I'm going to repeat this until I hear something. Paypal owes me 3K. PAY UP OR I'LL HAVE A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT COLLECT MY JUDGEMENT! HMMMMMMM, What type of Company Car do you drive Damon?
SINCERELY,
JOE MULLETT
JUDGEMENT CREDITOR

In answer to your quesetion read the S-1 filing if you care to
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1103415/000091205701543278/a2060419zs-1a.htm
If in fact they did list them I would like to know where it is. Just in case I missed it.
also to thesatillite shop I do believe your have to file an execution of judgement to recover small claims judgements. I'm not trying to give legal advise but I think you can get help from your court clerks office. Hope you are able to get back what's rightfully yours.

Hi thesatelliteshop,
I did advise that the matter has been referred to our legal department. I have no other hand in your issue.
I don't drive a company car. Sadly, I drive my own.

Hello Clubman:
I just read your article. Very interesting. It's sad to say that "Payment Services" can do this. As far as proceeding I was told to be friendly and ask first....which is contrary to my instinct but I did it anyways. PAYPAL .... PAY OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES! I'll keep everyone posted. I'm in the process of finding the banks that they bank w so I can take the judgement. Damon....what's so hard about cutting a little check for 3K? It's not rocket science. -joe-

club1man,
Perhaps you should do a bit of reading....
Legal Proceedings
From time to time, we may be involved in litigation relating to claims arising out of our operations in the normal course of business. As of the date of this prospectus, we believe that there are no claims or actions pending or threatened against us, the ultimate disposition of which would have a material adverse effect on us.

Thank you coonr
I did read that and that's what prompted my question. I appreciate your showing that they have NOT told about pending litigations against them.
I would be interested in personally talking to you. If you would like email me at [email protected] and I will call you if you like

I would be willing to talk about our differing additudes in this forum.I've always found that speaking live to someone is much more productive than typing.
