I am registered and have a credit card on file with Yahoo / yahoo-wallet, and have received verification from Yahoo. I have also checked my security key in my site specifics, but am unable to launch auctions. Here is the message from Vendio:
Auction submission has failed. You have not verified your credit card information required by Yahoo!

You may need to update your credit card info such as expiration date with Yahoo. Why don't you try to place a Yahoo ad directly on the Yahoo Auction web site. That should pinpoint the problem.
